How do I refer a friend?
After joining the program, you’ll receive a unique referral link as part of the Tac Shield Proud Americans Referral Program. Share it with friends and when they make their first purchase, you earn points.

How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account, go to your rewards dashboard, and choose a reward tier to apply at checkout. 100 points = $5 off.

Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity.

​

Can I use points during sales or with discount codes?
No. Tac Points cannot be stacked with promotions unless otherwise stated.

What happens if I return an order?
Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance when the refund is processed.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. Refer and earn as much as you’d like — the more gear, the more rewards.

Tac Shield Loyalty Program
Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Tac Points Rewards Program is open to online retail customers with a registered account on tacshield.com. Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.

2. Earning Points: Points are awarded for qualifying activities including sign-up, purchases, referrals, and promotional actions. Tac Shield reserves the right to change earning rates or disqualify points for returned items.

3. Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout. Redemption tiers are published on the program page. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

4. Referral Program: Referral rewards are granted through the Tac Shield Proud Americans Referral Program when a referred customer completes a qualifying first purchase using the referral link. Referrals must be new customers.  Self-referrals are not permitted.

5. Point Expiration: Points expire after 6 consecutive months of inactivity (no points earned or redeemed).

6. Account Management: Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Tac Shield is not responsible for lost points due to email or login issues.

7. Program Changes: Tac Shield may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with or without notice. This includes changing reward values, redemption rules, and eligible actions.

8. Fraud & Abuse: Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.

9. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
