- 01RZR is Tac Shield’s modular MOLLE system built on a laser-cut 1000D/500D laminate. It’s engineered to reduce bulk and weight while staying 100% compatible with legacy MOLLE gear, including belts, plate carriers, and pouches.
- 02RZR MOLLE is 35–50% lighter than traditional MOLLE. The weight savings come from replacing snaps, straps, and 1" PALS webbing with a laser-cut laminate platform.
- 03Yes. RZR is 100% compatible with legacy MOLLE systems, so it integrates with the plate carriers, belts, and pouches you already run.
- 04All RZR products are made with Mil-Spec Laminate and can be made to order as Berry Compliant and Made by Proud Americans™.
- 05The 1000D/500D laminate is hydrophobic, so it won’t gain weight when submerged or drenched, and antimicrobial, so it resists mildew and rot and is easy to clean .
- 06It’s designed for the Harris AN/PRC-163, with a tilt-out design for screen access.
- 07RZR belts use a 2,000 lb Cobra® buckle. The RZR MOLLE Cobra® Riggers Belt adds double-walled 7,000 lb mil-spec webbing and a 2,500lb triangle ring.

- 13The Austri Alpin COBRA® Buckle is a two part split buckle that allows the wearer to separate the buckle by depressing both brass clips at the same time. It takes more then 2,000lbs of force to have involuntary seperation. The Austri Alpin COBRA® locking mechanism is patented and guarantees highest safety and are used in many industies to include fall protection equipment. A one-sided opening of the lock is not possible even when under an extreme load.

Double-wall webbing is reinforced with a Special Poly Stiffener System.This design provides extra support in the holster/mag case region, while offering softer edging in the spinal area for additional comfort and protection. The Cobra® buckle locks the webbing to prevent slippage with even the heaviest loads.
- 15Belt Sizing: Waist Circumference in Inches Small: 30"-34" Medium: 34"-38" Large: 38"-42" X-Large: 42"-46" Belts are adjustable up to four inches with the hook & loop Tail-Lock™ design. It can be worn in traditional pant loops or larger tactical pant loops. If sized correctly, it will fit over your pants for convenience in removing holster/mag case as a unit.
